The minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping is $150. We will ship your order free of charge without any handling fees in the Contiguous United States. By default, your order(s) will be shipped via a Ground Service, whichever is the best available. The transit time is 1-5 business day to most parts of the country depending on your location.
Most items will be shipped from our Fort Worth, Texas warehouse 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed based on item availability. Backordered and High demand items may take longer to ship based on manufacturer availability. Certain products will be shipping from manufacturers warehouse directly to our customers.

You may return within 30 days of delivery. Any defective or damaged goods, or a result of our error, we'll refund the full amount and return shipping costs. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the customer's expense and will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. To process a return claim, simply email us at RDS@reliabledental.com with the order number or invoice number and the item that you wish to return. Pictures are required for damage claims. Once received we will notify you via email in processing with the return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Due to Covid 19, we are temporarily suspending some parts of the policy until further notice to reduce the risk of exposure and minimize complexity into supply chain activities. Our updated return policy makes all infection control and related PPE products non-returnable. There are many shortages going on so we suggest keeping what you get on PPE.
