We will ship your order free of charge without handling fees in the Contiguous United States. By default, your order(s) will be shipped via a Ground Service, whichever is best. The transit time is 1-5 business days to most parts of the country, depending on your location.
Most items will be shipped from our Fort Worth, Texas, warehouse 24 to 48 hours after your order is placed, depending on availability. Depending on manufacturer availability, backordered and high-demand items may take longer to ship. Certain products will be shipped directly to our customers from the manufacturer's warehouse.

You may return within 30 days of delivery. We'll refund the full amount and return shipping costs for any defective or damaged goods due to our error. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the customer's expense and incur a 25% re-stocking fee. To process a return claim, email us at RDS@reliabledental.com with the order number or invoice number and the item you wish to return. Pictures are required for damage claims. Once received, we will notify you via email to process the return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you will receive a refund more quickly in many cases. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
