Giving us your mobile number so we can process an order or a service call is not by itself consent to text you. When you opt in we record the date and time, the mobile number, and the exact wording you agreed to. We do not add anyone to text messaging without their consent, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• What we send. Order and quote confirmations, backorder and shipping updates, service appointment scheduling and technician arrival notices, delivery questions, and replies to messages you send us.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your orders and service activity.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard charges apply to every message you send and receive.
• How to stop. Text STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
