These terms apply to all orders placed with Reliable Dental Supply & Service Company. Please read them before ordering. If anything here is unclear, call us on 817-927-5909 — we would rather talk it through than have you guess.
Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. Quantities are limited to stock on hand. Prices shown are for online orders and may differ from quoted contract, GPO or special-order pricing.
Online orders are paid by credit card. We collect your card details when you place the order, but we do not process the payment until your order has been entered and invoiced. Customers who have established an account with us directly may order on their account terms instead.
Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted only when we confirm it in writing or ship the goods. An automated order confirmation or email acknowledgement tells you we received your order — it is not acceptance of it, and it does not form a contract. Because we do not process your card until the order is entered and invoiced, an order we do not accept costs you nothing.
Despite our best efforts, an item is occasionally listed at an incorrect price. We reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel or decline any order placed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order was acknowledged and whether or not payment was authorized. If we cancel an order for this reason we will contact you first, and we will refund any amount charged in full.
We reserve the right to limit or decline the quantity on any order, including multiple orders placed by the same account, customer, shipping address or payment method. Where an item is in short supply we may allocate it among our customers.
Items we do not hold in stock are ordered in against your account. They may carry manufacturer lead times, and once the order is placed with the manufacturer they are not returnable. We will tell you the expected lead time before we place it.
Prescription items may only be ordered by a Drug Manufacturer, Wholesaler, Hospital, Governmental Medical Facility, VA, Pharmacy, Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Dentist, Podiatrist, Optometrist, Veterinarian, Naturopath, Licensed Laboratory, Physical Therapist or Pharmacist, within their scope of practice. No order will ship until you have provided a current professional license — and a DEA registration in the case of controlled substances — and we have verified it. We may hold or cancel an order until that is on file.

By ticking the consent box on our text message sign-up page at www.reliabledental.com/opt-in-out/, or by giving us your consent over the phone on 817-927-5909, you agree that Reliable Dental Supply & Service Company may contact you by text message (SMS) about your orders, quotes and service work. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Giving us your mobile number so we can process an order or a service call is not by itself consent to text you.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
